Under the time background of persisting in scientific development viewpoint, proposing green environment conservation and building saving society, energy-saving in building as a crucial task, has been greatly attached importance to by nation.Air-conditioning system is an important installation, which is provided comfortable service for people. The energy consuming of air-conditioning system is nearly 40% in the total energy consuming of building, therefore, research on the optimal energy-saving control of air-conditioning system has very important practical significance for building saving society.Elevator system is an important traffic tools for vertical transport in the building. Research on the optimal method of elevator group control dispatch has important practical significance for improving the transport capacity of elevator, shortening waiting time and decreasing electric energy consuming.Presently, modeling on air-conditioning system is not mature enough, decoupling control and control by degrees is on a developmental stage, it is difficult to satisfactorily control air-conditioning system merely using traditional PID. Research on elevator group control system is not mature enough either; investigation of destination elevator is on a developmental stage too.Energy-saving reconstruction experimental project in important department buildings was carried out in 2005 in Beijing, as the technology majordomo in the engineering management department of experimental organ, the author attaches himself to the overall project luckily. Referring to the existing problems in the air-conditioning control system and elevator group control system in our office building, the author studies intelligent control being applied to air-conditioning control system and elevator group control system.Under the control of single temperature variable, the specialties of several units in air-conditioning control system, such as control object (controlled air-conditioning room), temperature sensor, adjuster and executer are analyzed and obtained mathematical modeling of practical air-conditioning system in this case. Moreover, considering other control variables, such as humidity, wind temperature and static wind pipe pressure, the model of air-conditioning control system with multivariable is analyzed, and the value of time constants and proportion coefficients is resolved, applying step response method, and obtained the approximate model of research object.On the basis to compare the advantages and disadvantages of several kind of decoupling control, the principle of relativity decoupling controller is posed with the aid of statistical relativity concept, then combining with the advantages of fuzzy control and self-tuning control, the principle of fuzzy self-tuning decoupling controller based on relativity is innovatively provided, and the practical fuzzy self-tuning decoupling controller is designed for the research object, and simulation research on the model is done.The method to use wave analysis for resolving the control performance indexes is introduced. Using the method qualitative and quantitative relation between performance indexes and PID parameters is studied with the aid of computer simulation. On the basis, fuzzy PID self-turning control thought is posed with performance indexes method, and turning rules of parameters are provided. Then, the method is applied to air-conditioning control system, and simulation research on the system is done.To introduce genetic algorithm and its superiority to conventional optimization method, analyze the limitations of genetic algorithm, point out that randomicity in the space of solution is the main cause for the difficulty of constringency practically, and fuzzy rules is presented to tune the space of solution, improve the capability of heuristic searching and improve the searching speed and the local searching capability of genetic algorithm, then simulation is carried out on air-conditioning system with the improved genetic algorithm and contrast is shown in the simulation.To introduce the flowchart of PID control based BP neural network, and simulation in air-conditioning system, results of simulation show that the control performance be depended mostly on the initialization of weight matrix, and show that the distribution_of satisfied weight matrix be related with interval range, that is to say, within the optimized interval range the number of satisfied initialization of weight matrix is multiple. And introduce global searching ability and flowchart of genetic algorithm and then genetic algorithm is introduced into PID control based BP neural network, so the method remains both the global searching ability of genetic algorithm and the good local searching ability of neural network, and then resolves the limitation of BP network.Expert system simulates mortal expert's process of decision, and resolves the complex problems with expert knowledge. The paper studies the application of expert system in air-conditioning system, provides some expert knowledge, for example system function security, integrity function optimization, energy-saving management and other expert knowledge, then introduces application effect of expert system in office building air-conditioning system energy-saving reconstruction.Referring to elevator group control system in office building researched by author, traffic characteristics and modes of elevator are introduced. On the basis of the algorithm of passenger waiting time, two indexes about elevator runtime and longest waiting time are added, and dispatch algorithm for elevator group control multi-object optimization is offered. The programmed software Visual Basic is used for simulating the system, some useful data on elevator running is offered and referred by the investigator in elevator field.Directed against the difficulty with the largest traffic load in up-peak traffic mode in elevator group control system, up-peak traffic mode and dispatch plan in the destination layer elevator group control system are studied, optimal dispatch algorithm is provided, and the comparison of various control indexes between destination layer and traditional elevator group control system is made.Described as above, to combine intelligent control technology with traditional air-conditioning control and elevator group control technology can were resolve the existing control problems in air-conditioning system and improve obviously traffic capacity of elevator system, moreover the energy consuming is usefully reduced with comfortable environment is ensured and dependability of the system is increased.
