With energy sources crisis becoming increasingly severe all over the world, every country of the world is very affliction for contradiction of energy demand increasingly and energy supply decreasingly, moreover oil resource is nonrenewable resource. When automobile appeared for more one hundred years, provided convenience for people's life and work, but at the same time destroyed only existent environment, greenhouse effect, air pollution, noise pollution and so on, the bad influence has grievously destroyed primary fine and harmonious nature. Transportation industry is pillar industry and bridge of economy circular, annually oil consumption about is 1/3 of all social oil consumption, from the number we can not find that energy-saving and ejection-decreasing of transportation industry is not commutable for economy circumstance of all society. Ministry of Communications is as charge department of transportation industry, in time brought forward founding resource-conservation and environment-friendly traffic industry, and establishing project"special action plan --admitting and seceding on operational vehicle fuel consumption", this was a important measure for vehicles saving fuel and reducing consumption in the road transportation industry.The paper just depended on the project, with looking on passenger-transport corporations as cut-in point and stepwise research. In the paper, operational vehicle of passenger-transport corporations is looked upon as research object in the road transportation corporations, the sort according to operational route, freeway operational route, A road operational route, in the future, continuous research will add to B road, third class road, fourth class road, country road and special road such as mountain road, tableland road. Operational vehicle is sorted by vehicle length, the main research object is passenger car of 6-9 meter length and 9-12 meter length, in the continuous research vehicle type will be sort in detail, make the same type passenger car that difference is small for fuel consumption level, thus for future concretely actualizing, maneuverability is better.Research of the operational vehicle running mode in the paper, main idea is that given instance will be analyzed specifically; by different instance method is different. For cantonal road section driving cycles of freeway and A road mode, mainly adopted factor analysis to reduce dimension for primal datum of Driving cycle character parameters, and then wielded GAFCM to cluster and optimize, the process was used Fuzzy Clustering Toolbox and Genetic Algorithm Toolbox of MATLAB/GUI to realize, finally confirmed representative driving cycles; For road section driving cycles of freeway, mainly adopted reference driving cycles and evaluation driving cycles to research representative driving cycles, firstly reference driving cycles was chose stochastically one driving cycle from road section driving cycle of freeway mode, abstracted character parameter of describing the driving cycle. Afterward for road section driving cycle of freeway mode, we split driving cycles, accelerated ones, constant speed ones, decelerated ones. Because vehicle running mode is more single in the freeway, common instance is that vehicle is started to accelerate in the toll station, accelerate to cruise speed, and keeps the speed running (speed range fluctuating in the cruise speed), then decelerates speed and stops before toll station of freeway, achieves running of freeway section, so in the paper it is feasible and according with fact that we adopted the method to research; Research method is similar for comparing road section driving cycles of A road with freeway, both adopted reference driving cycles and evaluation driving cycles to research, the different was that driving cycle was spread in the road section driving cycles of A road, driving cycle is not only between two parking idles but also containing more parking idles, the disposal method also bases on operational vehicle running route character, looks on one way as driving cycle of road section driving cycles of A road, and then used Hierarchical Cluster method to cluster analysis, at last confirmed representative driving cycles.By ADVISOR simulation software, we constructed simulation model of vehicles fuel consumption, ADVISOR is the dynamic simulation software of vehicles by MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation flat. I have constructed two simulation models of the vehicles in the paper, 9 meter passenger car, 12 meter passenger car, they represented two kinds of operational vehicles of the paper. Technical parameters were set with AnKai HFF6900 for 9 meter passenger car, main parts is engine and transmission and so on, engine with YuChai YC6J240-30, transmission with QiJiang QJ805(five levels), dimension parameters, mass parameters with factory label of the vehicles. Technical parameters were set with YuTong ZK6119 for 12 meter passenger car, engine with YuChai YC6G270-30, transmission with QiJiang ZFS6-90(six levels), dimension parameters, mass parameters also with factory label of the vehicles. In the vehicles simulation process, simulation vehicles were run according to each driving cycles, simulation vehicle with 9 meter length were running by self driving cycles, such as running mode of freeway and A road, 12 meter length passenger car was the same with 9 meter length one. Running state of vehicles and parts will be shown in the simulation process, such as fuel efficiency of engine, effective torque-out of transmission, power, running resistance and so on from influence of parts of vehicle self and outside. Which parts output result will be chose by research direction. research direction is fuel efficiency of the vehicles, so I pay attention to fuel consumption per 100 kilometer of the vehicles for simulation result, which value of simulation was less than fact running one, because parameter was set with perfect value due to obtaining difficultly fact value of influencing fuel consumption, such as road figure,road grade etc, the parameters were set with beeline, grade 0, but simulation result was very accurate for actual fuel consumption, average relative error was about 3 percent, could satisfy project technical needs.Research of the paper provided theory and technique support for executing energy-saving and ejection-decreasing strategy in manage and technique lay of road transportation industry. At present fuel economy evaluation of the vehicles only depended on fuel consumption per 100 kilometer of factory label, fuel consumption per 100 kilometer of road test with direct gear and bench test with existent driving cycles. Estimation idea is differ from existing estimation method, but a kind of original method for fuel economy of the vehicles with simulation estimation in the paper, realizes estimation of integrated fuel economy of the vehicles with actual running cycles by vehicle simulation, the estimation method is accurate, simple, easy operational, low cost, better maneuverability. In this instance of varieties of operational vehicles, wider running zone, complicated road surface, however because of relative fixed route of the vehicles running, the estimation method is a good way, is active promote function for implementing system of admitting and seceding on operational vehicle fuel consumption for operational vehicles.
