ABSTRACT:With the increasingly growing energy shortage,rail transportation with low energy consumption and large volume is again drawn great attention,especially railway heavy haul traffic.Although the mileage of heavy haul railway accounts not too much in the whole national railway network,its Freight Ton-kilometers is still substantial,so the research on railway heavy haul traffic organization has importantly practical significance.In order to make best use of the transportation capacity of heavy haul lines,we must determine reasonable car flow alluring areas that car flows pass through the heavy-haul corridor.On one hand,if the attractive region is too large that make the cost saving produced by the car flow crossing heavy-haul corridor hard to offset the increasing cost due to the car flow's bypass,on the other hand,if the attractive region is too small,it is difficult for the corridor to obtain adequate source of car flow so as to make its capacity be used fully.How to balance is a serious problem,no matter theoretically or in practical application.In addition,for loading areas of bulk of goods within attractive region,how to organize the car flow reasonable is also a complex optimization problem. If through train originated from one loading area is restricted only in the scope of the heavy-haul corridor,while avoids the consumption in partially of axle load transfer operation,but it will cut some of the long-distance non-stop car flow,thus increasing the unnecessary reclassify operations.Otherwise,if long-distance non-stop car flow were made up at non-heavy-haul traction weights level pass heavy haul corridor,that it would waste the transport capacity of the heavy haul corridor.Considering both of them,the cost of car flow organization will be increased as axle load transfer at both ends of heavy-haul corridor.In short,it is important for theory to establishment the optimal model using the above-mentioned transport organizations Appropriately.The main content and innovation points are as follows:First,bring forward three methods to determine attractive region of railway heavy haul traffic corridor.(1)Bring forward the method of determining the general and core alluring areas at both ends of the heavy haul traffic corridor according with the pure shortest path method;(2)With generalized shortest path algorithm designe the determining method of heavy-haul corridor's alluring area from view of traffic costs of heavy-haul corridor.;(3)Study the expansion method of the heavy-haul corridor's alluring area with the damping law that transfers partial traffic from non-heavy-haul corridor to heavy-haul corridor;(4) Analyzed the related alluring areas with the example of the heavy-haul corridor of Datong-Qinghuangdao line.Second,Considering the alternative of the car flow's running route,lines' capacity restrictions and the endpoints' axle load transfer situation of heavy haul-corridor, separately construct the optimization models of non-stop trains departing from Loading Place with routes alternative and non-stop heavy-haul trains departing from Loading Place with axle load transfer in restricted end points.To the characteristics that the scale of models sharply extends and hard to solve with the increase of number of car flow, this paper seeks solution to the models with ant colony algorithm,and calculate the example of the heavy-haul corridor of Datong-Qinhuangdao line.The results validate that the model is rational and the algorithm is effective.Third,in the area of through train Departing from Loading Place with heavy haul, separately taking two situations of loading area situating on heavy-haul corridor and general lines into account,construct three loading area through optimization models affected by axle load transfer.(1)Loading point locate on the heavy-haul corridor,but part of through wagon flows that originated from one loading point passing the heavy-haul corridor has a possible cut-off operation.It is the main features of the model that determine how to optimize operation according to low-traction and running heavy-haul train of part of the section at the cost of axle load transfer operation.(2) Loading point locating on the non-heavy-haul corridor,but unloading point on the heavy-haul corridor,through wagon flows that originated from one loading point pass has a possible pick-up operation.The model mainly studies on the rationality of trains that axle load transfer operates on the way.(3)Both loading point and unloading point are on the non-heavy-haul corridor,Heavy-haul corridor located between the two points, through wagon flows that originated from one loading point pass have a possible pick-up operation or both pick-up and cut-off operation,more practical factors have been considered to model.Four,makes research on car flow organization problem in loading area and take the customers' benefit into account from the view of system optimization of logistics cost, analyzes the inventory cost and consumption within the process of cargo's receiving and sending under the thought of logistics system,realizes the organic unity of railway 's service cost and customer's cost.In the precondition of uniform and consequent consumption between producters producing and receivers receiving,constructs loading area's heavy-haul directly rivaling model which loads customers' inventory cost.
