Research On Urban-rail-transit Integrated With Urban Space Of Beijing

With the developing of city's economy and the increasing city problems, and accompanied with the course of Beijing's new period of urban construction, Bejing's urban- rapid rail transit ( URRT) is going to develop very fast in the coming few years. With the rapid expansion of Beijing URRT web, the method of widely traveling by URRT will bring enormous influence on people's living, which will apply new changes for the layout of both urban spaces and the URRT web.The paper based on analysis the particularity of URRT traveling and the developing of Beijing URRT, combine with the analysis of diverse development and the multi-connection requirements, by examine the time consumption and capacity of Beijing URRT system, discovered that connection of urban spaces and Beijing URRT should be enhanced to fit for current metropolitan people's humanity living.In order to comply with humanity developing standard, the idea that URRT and urban spaces must integrate to fit for urban multi-service requirement is brought out by combination with the URRT system and urban spaces integrate-developing. In order to control total Commuting time and assign it reasonably in several aspect, by analysis the relatated aspects and the reasonable time that can be allotted in the three levels of urban system such as node, route and web in the course of people's commuting, and also judged from multi-developing and multi-connection requirements of the city's layout, the principles of improving the structure and controlling the developing range of urban development areas is given to the three levels of urban spaces. And also some principles of the adjustment on the functions, capacities and the form of the related urban spaces and URRT system are draw out.Illustrated from some good examples of URRT integrate developing with urban spaces of some developed cities of world, the methods of urban spaces integrated with URRT is discussed separately in the three levels of spaces after analyze current conditions of Beijing urban spaces and URRT. Some particular ways to integrate Beijing urban spaces with the URRT system are put forward to give references and advices on how to realize a sustainable developing of urban spaces and the URRT in Beijing's complex metropolitan system of city transportation, city living and city construction.
