Auto Control System (ACS) of 3th generation in geothermal engineering (GGE) is the key element to achieve funcions when the project has been built. A project with good running control system shows the advantages completely by the timing watch and the feat controls.Stratal energy is a kind of new conception of geothermal and cool energy which consist in stratum. It can be used directly with non-pollution, economically and sustainably. Engineering which is built to uses the stratal energy, is made of four subsystems, they are aquifer energy storage system (AESS), energy extract system, energy emanate system and timing surveying system. This GGE heats buildings and save cool energy to the aquifer energy storage system in winter and cools buildings as while save the heat energy in summer. In this dissertation, by research the running and control method of GGE, the technical parameter system of GGE has been provided integrally which includes 39 parameters, and the control logic and the method of designs of ACS are provided too. As while, the author pointed out that running date analysis method of GGE includes three ways, they are using effect analysis, energy consumption effect analysis and AESS running effect analysis. Beside that, author has given out a set of parameter about the analysis of energy consume, they are PER(Primary Energy Ratio),SEER/HSPF (Season Energy Efficiency Ratio/Heating Season Performance Factor)and SER (Stratal Energy Ratio)。In the end, by the practical GGE project in The Air Force Command Academy, the before viewpoints are be taken for example to explain...
