A Study On The Management Of Energy Consumption In The DCT Transmission Factory Of X Group

In view of the huge energy consumption and low energy efficiency of China's manufacturing industry,this paper constructs a set of energy consumption management technology system based on X group's energy consumption status.First of all,there is an imperfect management system in the energy consumption management of X group,and the management system is highly independent.We have improved the energy consumption management system of X group.Then,there is a lack of energy consumption monitoring system for energy consumption management of X group,and it is impossible to monitor the energy consumption data of the equipment in real time.We built the energy consumption management and monitoring technology system of X group to conduct real-time monitoring of the energy consumption equipment,and established the energy consumption management and control technology system to classify energy consumption equipment.Thus,energy consumption management and abnormality detection of key energy consumption equipment are carried out to find out the causes of high energy consumption of key energy consumption equipment,and then measures to reduce key energy consumption are proposed to improve energy efficiency and economic profit of enterprises.Finally,taking the DCT transmission plant of X group as an example,the effectiveness and feasibility of the energy consumption management system of X group constructed in this paper are verified through empirical analysis.
