This dissertation discussed how to build the production modeling and predict the customers' demands and optimize the job shop scheduling process to meet the individual demands of customers instantly for Instant Customerisation (IC). The content can be outlined as the following:Adopting Multi-agent System (MAS) to build the modeling of production management based on CNP for IC. The proposed process of production included several agents, including Order Agent, Management Agent, Resource Agent, Task Agent, Scheduling Agent etc. Each agent works in line and completes the whole task together with instantly transferring and sharing information mechanism. Introduced the inviting public bidding mechanism to build the modeling of the inviting public bidding of Task Agent and Resource Agent and realized the dynamic task assignment.The model to predict customers'demands was built in this dissertation. The demands were divided into two parts, common demands and individual demands. The prediction of common demands was investigated according to the influence of exterior factors and interior factors and also includes the prediction of sales and agents. In order to avoid the subjective factor, adopting the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) computed the weight of three parts, i.e. the prediction according to exterior factors, interior factors, sales and agents. The prediction of individual demands used the method of Order Overplanning (OrOp) and was realized by instantly transferring and sharing information mechanism. Each department of enterprises responded the order form instantly and the production of workpieces was completed by dynamic job shop planning and the dynamic scheduling system which realize real-time response.Considering the conventional algorithms'low efficiency of search especially global search, PSO-based to job shop scheduling problem is presented. According to the characteristics of the problem, the PSO coding and optimization are studied to determine the way of coding and operation, which is more adaptable to job shop scheduling. The job shop scheduling part of the system is then programmed with the algorithm. Simulation results showed that setting the suitable parameters can provide an excellent working sequence to adapt to the dynamic job-shop problem.Bring forward the solution of job shop scheduling problem for IC. A scheduling modeling was built according to the prediction. The production of common workpieces was planned according to the prediction of common demands and the production of individual demands was planned dynamically according to actual order forms. For several order forms, adopting Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation and AHP predicts the priority and schedules the workpieces according to the priority. Also, the research about the urgent workpieces, canceling an order form and the malfunction of key machine were discussed in this dissertation.A production management and scheduling system was developed according to the enterprise' actual production process and the existing resources. The product data management and the information sharing were realized by the system of the designed modularization structure.
