GINSENG SINI TANG is a very important Chinese herby decoction with the function of recuperating depleted yang and rescuing the patient from collapse. During the research on the components in GINSENG SINI TANG, which have the effect of antishock action, we found S-l and S-7 fractions from GINSENG SINI TANG show antishock activity by performing rat hemorrhagic shock model.To separate and identify the active components in GINSENG SINI TANG, Silica gel chromatography techniques and various spectrum were used to isolate and determine their structures. As a result,Ginsenoside-Rbt|,Rd,Rc,Re,Rb2, Rg1, Rg2 were characterized respectively.To separate and identify the active components having antihemorrhagic shock synergistic action from Zingiber officinale Rose, and Aconitum carmichaeli Debx. Silica gel chromatography techniques and various spectrum were used to isolate and determine their structures.Aconitine, mesaconitine, hypaconitine and benzoylmeasaconitine were isolated from F-i fraction of Aconitum carmichaeli Debx.Six compounds have been isolated from G-l fraction of Zingiber officinale Rose. They were elucidated as Nicotinic acid ( I ); 3,5-dihydroxy-l- (3-dimethoxy -4-hydroxyphenyl)decane( [I ); 5-hydroxy-l-(3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenyi)-3-decone( III );5-hydroxy-1- (3-methoxyphenyl)-3- decane( IV );l-(3-methoxy-4-II!hydroxyphenyl) 3-decone( V );l-(3- methoxy4- hydroxyphenyl) 5-methoxy3- decone(VT).By performing the experiments of the effect of different components against that primary cultured endotheliai cells releas PGI2, we found the components having antihemorrhagic shock synergistic action are Aconitine, mesaconitine , benzoylmeasaconitine from Aconitum carmichaeli Debx. and 3,5-dihydroxy-l- (3-dimethoxy -4-hydroxyphenyl)decane( II );5-hydroxy-1 -{3-methoxy-4-hydroxyph enyl)-3-decone( III );f-hydroxy-i-(3-methoxyphenyl)-3-decane( IV ); l-(3-methoxy-4- hycroxyphenyl) 3-decone( V ) from Zingiber officinale Rose.Mechanism research shows that fraction F-7+8 can enlarge the calibers of microvessel and increase the speed of blood stream. So it can ameliorate microcirculation of the experimental animals.
