Extracted total RNA from Cysticercus cellulosae and isolated mRNA from the RNA,the cDNA expression library was constructed. The results showed that the transformation efficacy and recombinant rate were 2 X 106 and 100%,respectively.Then the library was screened with the antiserum and 12 positive clones were determined. After one of the clones was selected using recombinant plasmid identification, restrication endonuclease digested and PCR analysis ,the interested genes were subcloned into pGEM-T Easy vector and transformed to the DH5 cells. It was identified by sequencing that the fragment contained the complete open reading fram(ORF) of the cCl gene.In comparison with Genebank data, the homologies of the nucleotide sequence and amino sequence were 99.9% and 99.4%,respectively.
