Sowing area of transgenic crops in 2003 is 6 700 thousand ha, and rape planted in it is 720 thousand ha, which is 16% of rape planted in the world. Transgenic technologies can bring new foods, less pollutions in an effective way. But when transgenic technologies bring huge advantages for human beings and the society, it can possibly creat unnecessarily negative effect to human beings' health and environmental safety. In this study, using transgenic sterile line 15A, transgenic restore line T742, transgenic insect-resistant rapeseed T5 3 lines as materials, study the genetical stability and the environmental safety of transgenic rapeseed.1 studies on genetic stability of transgenic rapeseedwe detect 3 lines of transgenic rapeseed by PCR, PCR-Southern blot in progeny 2 and progeny 3 irrespectively , the results show that the target gene of 3 lines of transgenic rapeseed can heredity stably in progeny 2 and progeny 3;study the pollen appearance and fertility of transgenic sterile line oilseed rape 15A in progeny 3 . Results show Stam is obviously shorter than pistil , the sterility of pollen is 100%. By observing the occurrence of bees in fields , the results shows the occurrence of bees in transgenic insect-resistant rapeseed in progeny 3 is much lower than that of in the control. All results show the target gene can stably heredity in progeny 2 and progeny 3 .2 Studies on the influence of the target gene of transgenic rapeseed to botanic character, agronomic character, quality character and the action of meiosisWe study the growth and development period of 3 transgenic rapeseeds lines and their controls, indices of agronomic character, quality character of 3 transgenic rapeseeds and their controls by variation analysis , and observe the behavior of meiosis of 3 transgenic rapeseeds lines and their controls .The results show : the curve of growth anddevelopment periods of 3 transgenic oilseed line are almost overlapped by their controls; The target gene have no relation to the agronomic character, quality character, the behavior of meiosis.3 Studies on existing compatibility of transgenic rapeseedsWe study on resistantibility to coldness and drought , and variation analyze some indices of resistantibility to cold and drought between transgenic rapeseeds and their controls , the results show the difference between the two are insignificant, and their resistantibility to coldness and drought is close. Variation analyze the germination rates between transgenic rapeseeds lines and their controls, the results show that : mostly of seeds hibernate in high temperature, but germine in low temperature, difference between transgenic rapeseeds and their controls is insignificant .4 Studies on the influence of target gene to non-target insect beesWe study on the influence of transgenic insect-resistant rapeseed T5 to bees' existing and the bees occurrence in transgenic rapeseeds and their controls fields. The results show that the transgenic rapeseed T5 has no influence on bees' existing as the control Xiangyou No.13, and transgenic rapeseeds have insignificant influence on bees' honey-collecting behavior as their controls.5 Target gene from transgenic rapeseeds to their relativesWe study gene flow from transgenic rapeseeds to their relatives, other Brassicas , Crucifera plants by artificially crossing or sampling from fields in natural field condition. The results show : the target gene can transfer from transgenic rapeseeds to their relatives around , but transfer to other Brassicas , Crucifera plants is more difficult . In this study , the gene flows only happen between Xinjiang wild rape and transgenic rapeseed, more difficult to other Brassicas, Crucifera plants.6 Gene flow distances of transgenic rapeseeds...
