Typan bIue staining, lactatedehydrogenase (LDH) mensuration and Mrr test were perfOrmed to observe the moFtaIityand activity of the above tWo kinds of ceIl.ResuIts For the neuron and astrocyte, the serum group and the CHC-serum groupmanif6sted the higher cell death rate, the more LDH cont6nt and the fower OD vaIue thanthe controI group, furthermore, there is no difference betW6en those tWo groups. It meantthat either serum or CHC-serum could produce the Cytotoxity on the neuron and astrocyte,which seemed to concem with the serum itseIf, but not the CHC. ln addition, the CSFgroup and CHC-CSF group showed non-cytotoxop on the neuron and astrOcyte.Concluslon Since the serum braught the great cytotoxity to the ceIls behind thebIoad-brain barrier, itS toxity wilI cover the drug effeCt if the serum pharmacoIogy isadopted to observe the pharmacodymamics to the CNS.
