The Effect To Cerebral Infarction In Acute Stage With Pricking Blood Therapy On Emergency Points And The Effect On Related Gene Expression In Ischemic Rat

Emergency refers to the disease and symptom which happens suddenly with quick occurrence rapid change and serious damage. The prevention and treatment of emergency is alaways the most important subject in medicine scientific area. Treating emergency with acupuncture and moxibustion had long history ? special method and definite effect. The article took cerebral infarction in acute stage as the study point, observed the effect with pricking blood therapy on emergency points. All the article were divided into three parts: literature research clinical study and experimental study. Literature research We made a systematically study to the history source and recently development of treating emergency with acupuncture and moxibustion, summarized the clinical and experimental development on treating emergency with pricking blood therapy, reviewed and summed up the present situation of clinical and experimental study on treating cerebral infarction in acute stage with acupuncture and moxibustion and gave a study direction in the near future, meanwhile, summed up the recent development in clinical and molecular biological study of cerebral infarction in acute stage of west medicine. iii. Clinical study I .Observing the effect to the patients of cerebral infarction in acute stage in nerve defective symptom in the near futcure with pricking blood therapy on emergency points, the result indicated that pricking blood therapy on emergency points could significantly increase the mark in nerve defective symptom, the difference was obvious compared to the drug group. The effect in pricking blood group of different condition was quite different. The effect of mild and moderate condition was better than that in sever condition. To the different item in nerve defective symptom, the improvement of consciousness periblepsis~ speech in pricking blood group was better than that in drug group, but compared to drug group, the improvement of facial paralysis - shoulder myodynamia .. hand myodynamia% low limbs myodynamia and walk movement ability in pricking blood group had no difference. 2.Observing the effect to the patients of cerebral infarction in acute stage in rheoencephalogram, the result showed that the wave amplitude ascended, elevation time shortened and turning ratio increased in infarcted side after treating with pricking blood therapy, the difference was obvious than pre-treatment. The result pointed that pricking blood therapy could improve the tonicity of cerebral blood vessel, increase local cerebral blood flow. It indicated that one of the mechanism of pricking blood therapy on emergency points to get effect was probably that it reinforced the positive regulating function of cerebral blood vessel to increase the blood supply in infarcted side. 3 .Ob serving the effect to the patients of cerebral infarction in acute stage in peripheral white blood cell count. The result stated that pricking blood therapy on emergency points could decrease the patient?s periheral white blood cell count, the difference was notable compared to the drug group. It indicated that the path of pricking blood therapy on emergency points to get effect was probably that it could decrease peripheral WBC count, and then eliminiated the blockage of micrangium to cause free flow of blood.
