Objective:To investigate the relationship of the index concered with the prethrombotic state (D-dimer,DD;Fibrinogen,Fg;Von Willebrand factor,vWF;Mean Platelet volume,MPV) and the acute cerebral infarction and the blood stasis syndrome of TCM,to offer the objective direction for the prevenction and cure of the acute cerebral infarction and the blood stasis syndrome of TCM。Methods:60 cases(males 38,females22,mean age 61.85+10.93Y) with acute cerebral infarction in fujian Provincial Hospital no more than 72 hours were selected as researcher subjects。32 cases with acute cerebral infarction belonged to blood stasis syndrome,28 non-blood stasis syndrome。30 healthy people(male19 female 11,mean age 58.2±9.86Y) were selected as controls。The plasma levels of Mean Platelet volume(MPV),Von Willebrand factor(vWF),Fibrinogen(Fg),D-dimer(DD) were detected。All these been done to explore the relationship between cerebral infarction(CI) and plasma index concered with the prethrombotic state and blood stasis syndrome and the different infarction size。Result:1.The cases with acute cerebral infarction and the controls:the plasma contents of DD Fg vWF MPV of patients with acute cerebral infarction were very significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01);2.The patients with blood stasis syndrome and the controls:The plasma levels of MPV vWF Fg DD 0f patients with blood stasis syndrome were very significantly higher than those of controls(P<0.01);3.The patients with non-blood stasis syndrome and the controls:The levels of vWF DD 0f patients with non-blood stasis syndrome were very significantly higher than those of controls (P<0.01),the levels of Fg,MPV 0f patients belonged to non-blood stasis syndrome were significantly higher than controls(P<0.05);4.The patients belonged to blood stasis syndrome and the patients of non-blood stasis syndrome:The levels of DD 0f patients with blood stasis syndrome were very significantly higher than those of non-blood stasis syndrome(P<0.01),the levels of MPV 0f patients with blood stasis syndrome were significantly higher than those of non-blood stasis syndrome (P<0.05),the levels of vWF Fg 0f patients with blood stasis syndrome were no higher than those of non-blood stasis syndrome(P>0.05);5.The patients with big infarction size and the cases with small infarction size:The levels of DD Fg MPV 0f patients with blood stasis syndrome were very significantly higher than those of small infarction size(P<0.01),The levels of vWF 0f patients belonged to big infarction size were significantly higher than those of small infarction size;6.Levels of the plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen in patients group with acute cerebral infarction were positive correlation(r=0.459,P<0.01).Conclusions:1.Our data suggested there were some abnormalities in the extent of the vascular endothelical cell lesion platelet activation,coagulative-fibrinolytic system in patients with acute cerebral infarction。The levels of plasma DD Fg vWF MPV are useful for the diagnosis, evaluation of thrombolysis therapy, and judgement of prognosis in these patients;2.The levels of plasma DD are very useful for the diagnosis, evaluation of the patients with blood stasis syndrome。The levels of MPV are also useful for the evaluation of the patients with blood stasis syndrome;3.The levels of plasma DD Fg vWF MPV are useful for the evaluation of different cerebral infarction size;4.The levels of plasma vWF Fg 0f patients with blood stasis syndrome were no higher than those of non-blood stasis syndrome,so the levels of plasma vWF,Fg are no useful for the evaluation of the patients with blood stasis syndrome。...
