On the basis of analysis on correlate data means collected on the study of syndrome, heat syndrome and syndrome differentiation for cancer patients. and more discussion were given. Here 67 cases of cancer patients were studied in clinic, whose relative data and the local tumor samples were collected, all patients were divided into two groups ,the Heat syndrome group and the No- heat syndrome group on according to those patient's clinic symptoms and principles of syndrome differentiation in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), detail analysis and discussion were given then. Researches also were given in lab, modem molecule biology and correlated technology were applied in determining parameters of protein and ribonucleic acid (RNA), the related experiments included the Expression of Heat Shock Protein 70(HSP7O), Protein 21(P21) related with proto-oncogene and protein 53(P53) related tumor suppressor gene in local tumor tissue samples were determined by the method of immunohistochemical( IHC ) staining, in the further, containment of HSP7O were determined by enzyme ? linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) experiment. Method of Reverse Transcript-Polymerase Chain Reaction(RT-PCR) was given to determine containment of message-Ribonucleic Acid(mRNA) of HSP7O in local tumor tissue sample in order to studying in transcription for the different two groups. Here results in clinical research and related experiment were show on the below: (1) For the 67 cases of cancer patients, Heat syndrome differentiation were given according to those patients'symptoms and data means, Some possible relationship were shown among the beat syndrome' occurrence and cancer cell's physical stages, cancer transferring and prognosis in future. (2) Results on determining of protein's containment has shown: some difference were among proteins'expression like HSP7O, P53 and P21, which was related with cancer cell's developing mechanism between the Heat group and No-heat group. Results hinted the relationship between the heat syndrome in clinic and local tumor cell's occurrence, developing and prognosis. Results on the HSP7OmRNA's determination has shown: Difference was existed between the Heat group and No-heat group on HSP7OmRNA's transcription in local tumor tissue, which could revel HSP7O's molecule chaperone function on signal adjusting and other aspects in cancer cell. Relationship between HSP7O and tumor has been discussed on the mechanism of tumor occurrence. In the further, relationship between heat syndrome according to macroscopic syndrome differentiation and the interval microscopic circumstance in the body has been hinted. Further discussion: On basis of clinical investigation for the Heat syndrome and tumor diagnosis and results in our experiments, conclusion shown that the heat syndrome was related with tumor's stage, prognosis in future, Parameters related with the cancer mechanism shown different between the Heat-group and No-heat group, especial for HSP7O. Then, relationships were discussed among the heat syndrome differentiation in TCM, stress reaction and physical molecular change in cell. In the same time, related with the heat syndrome. Primary discussion were given on the possible relationships between HSP7O'biological function and heat syndrome for cancer patient. New ways and methods were taken for the study in Heat and No-heat syndrome'conformation mechanism and clinical therapy against cancer, which also were supplied for the syndrome's study in TCM whose...
