The Investigation And Study On TCM Syndrome Differentiation Hormone In Gastric Cancer

Objective:To explore the distributing law of syndrome element in gastric, and to provide objective and comprehensive theoretical basis for TCM differential of gastric cancer.Method:We included102cases of gastric cancer patients by the standardized collection of four diagnostic information,then used the method of the syndrom factor elements integral, to obtain the common syndromes elements. And doing comparative analysis among different age groups, TNM staging and different treatment modalities of syndrome factor integral.Results:In102cases of gastric cancer patients, the male76cases and the female26cases, use of syndrome differentiation method, get the syndrome factor integral on the different angle, we can draw the following results:①In this investigation, males accounted for most of the totle. The61-70years old patients accounted for30.39%.②The distribution of syndrome factors of gastric cancer’s character-istics:gastric cancer main locations are mainly in the spleen, stomach, liver, kidney, followed by lung, gallbladder; Qi deficiency, blood deficiency, Yin deficiency and Yang deficiency are the main nature of diease, Qi stagnation blood stasis, poison, sputum, wet, heat is also more common.③Gastric carcinoma in patients of different ages syndrome element integral comparison:disease syndrome element integral with>80years old group was higher, renal integral>80years old group was higher than that of41～60,61～80years old group (P<0.05); liver integral>80years old group and21to40years of age group differences (P<0.05); disease syndrome element integral with>80years old group is higher; each syndrome key factors there was no significant difference between the integral.④Different clinical stages of gastric cancer syndrome:a syndrome elements of disease characteristics of integral in each phase are in spleen, and stomach separated high, which stage Ⅳ renal, pulmonary and each period compared with significant difference (P<0.05). Disease of blood stasis syndrome, Ⅱ, sputum, wet integral above Ⅲ, Ⅳ (P<0.05); Yin deficiency syndrome in comparison, stage Ⅳ and Ⅲ had significant difference (P<0.05).⑤The operation group and non-operation group in gastric cancer patients with TCM syndrome element distribution characteristics:disease syndrome element integral there was no significant difference between two group. Disease of integral, Qi, Yang integrals were operation group was higher than that of non-operation group, there was significant difference (P<0.05); non-operation group, blood stasis, qi stagnation points higher than wet operation group, there was significant difference (P<0.05)⑥The main symptoms of gastric cancer is fatigue and abdominal pain, and compared with other symptoms have more significant. Symptoms seen in complexion Shaohua; tongue in pale tongue moss white or yellow; pulse to pulse fine mainly.Conclusion:Gastric disease found in the spleen, stomach disease, more to the void, the actual situation mixture is also not uncommon. Especially in patients with advanced disease, due to the failure to obtain timely treatment, their clinical presentation, the extent of the lesion is more important. Therefore, syndrome differentiation can be current disease, disease syndrome objectification and standardization, and provide basis for clinical treatment based on syndrome differentiation.
