Effect Of The Method Of Invigorating Qi And Ascending Qi Collapse On Collagen And Cardiac Function In Chronic Viral Myocarditis

Basing on the result of my postgraduate paper "The study on the correlation between the viral myocarditis and the syndrome of pectoral qi collapse", the method of invigorating qi and ascending qi collapse was analyzed deeply. In order to probe into the mechanisms of how the method treat VMC(viral myocarditis), the mice model was established by being injected with CVB3m and the mechanisms of treating cardiac insufficiency and arrhythmia was studied at cellar and molecular level, so as to probe into its effect of the remodeling of myocardial collagen and disorder of neuroendocrine and their regulative factor. The result showed: l.The method could suppress the proliferation of myocardial collagen significantly. The expression of collagen I mRNA and protein decreased remarkably after intervation by the method, so eliminated the expression of TGF- 3 ,then restrained the rising of the expression of collagen and protein production, and cure arrhythmia indirectly. 2. The method could rectify the abnormal reaction of neuroendocrine in VMC ,decreased the plasma concentration of Angll, ALD, ET, ANP significantly and suppress the expression of cardiac AT-1 receptor, regulated the balance of rennin-angiotension-aldosterone system and release of the hormone, delay the occurrence and development of cardiac insufficiency, improved the cardiac function through regulating the proliferation of collagen indirectly. 3. The method could improve the cardiac function and increase cardiac output, which is synthetically result of interstitial fibrosis and disorder inneuroendocrine.Meanwhile , in order to study clinical character of the syndrome of pectoral qi collapse, the studies screened diagnostic symptoms by observing 159 cases with VMC and utilizing statistics method of X2 and multiple step-wise regression, seted up criterion of the syndrome of pectoral qi collapse and summed up its evolve law and main points for diagnose and treatment , so established the foundation of popularizing and applying the method to treat VMC.
