Study On The Relationship Brtween Syndrome Of Pectoral Qi Collapse Of Viral Mrocaditis And Left Heart Function, Cell Factor IL-8,TNF-α

This thesis inquires thoroughly into the etiology, pathogenisis, symptoms and signs, treatment of Syndrome of pectoral qi collapse, which based on sorting out the documents of successive dynasties about viral myocarditis. It establishs the related objective indexes to Syndrome of pectoral qi collapse of viral myocarditis through systematic clinical studies on 162 cases and comparing with different syndromes.The studies show that: (l)Among electrocariogram changes in Syndrome of pectoral qi collapse of viral myocarditis, premature systole and arrhythmia is primacy; (2)Among the left heart function features in Syndrome of pectoral qi collapse of viral myocarditis, decreasement of EF,SV is the most evident ones; (3) Syndrome of pectoral qi collapse of viral myocarditis has a close relationship with evident increasement of cell factor IL-8 and TNF-α. Through observing the interfering results on Syndrome of pectoral qi collapse of viral myocarditis caused by shenbai decoction, we make out that shenbai decoction can correct pvemature systole and arrhythmia ;increase EF,SV;improve clinical syndromes and electrocardigram and decrease the vitality of cell factor IL-8 and TNF-α, etc.All of these prove in reverse that Syndrome of pectoral qi collapse of viral myocarditis has a close relationship with left heart function EF, SV and cell factor IL-8 and TNF-a.
