| Objectives: observe the influence of body fluid in points by acupunture at zusanli points, in order to provide experimental basis for researching the modulator of stomach and correlation between meridian and zang-fu o Methods: we replicate rabbit model of gastric mucosal damage induced by perfusion of ethanol into stomach0 They are divided into Zusanli points group, Shousanli points group, Huantiao points group, Weizhong points group, Nun-points group and compared with blank group, to observe the changes of Ca2"\Na\ Q~N K+ and ATPase NC^red blood cell morphology, gene expression of grow factor in points, by instilling pure water into points with arnbi-needle and using the fine needle aspiration method 0 Results: compared with non-points, we certify that the density of Ca2~\ Na\ K+ CFis different significantly before and after model (P<0.05); The difference in shousanli points is not significantly (P 0.05)0 Through assay of contents in ATPase, we can certify mat its changes are not significant before and after model (P<0.05)-, change of contents in NOS is significant before and after model in every group (P<0.05); the arrange and morphology of RBC in the points have altered before and after model; change of contents in IGF-1 is not significant among the points groups compared with each other before and after acupunture model ( P 0.05 ) 0Conclusion: to adjust body fluid equilibration of Ca2\ Na+ Cl\ K+in points by acupunture, promote NOS synthesis and erythrocyte aggregation, it is a kind of mechanism of correlation between meridian and zang-fu 0 Study trait: to observe the influence of body fluid in points, we set up a kind of method by instilling pure water into points with ambi-needle and using the fine needle aspiration and provide experimental means for researching the characteristic of correlation between meridian and zang-fu.
