Objective:In order to observe the electro-acupuncture of Neiguan、Zusanli points effect on c-fos expression in NTS and the change of intragastric pressure in gastric motility abnormality model rats, to explore the bidirectional regulation effect mechanism of electro-acupuncture on Neiguan points and Zusanli points. To clarify that the NTS may be one of the prime nervous center for electro-acupuncture of Neiguan、Zusanli points regulate the intragastric pressure for double-way.Methods:Using immunohistochemical methods and electrophysiological methods to observe the electro-acupuncture of Neiguan and Zusanli points effect on c-fos expression in NTS and the change of intragastric pressure for gastric motility hyperkinesia and gastric motility inhibition model rats.Results:1.Electro-acupuncture on Neiguan points and Zusanli points both have the bidirectional regulation effect for the intragastric pressure of gastric motility abnormality model rats. The hyperthyroidism intragastric pressure can be inhibited, the inhibited intragastric pressure can be increased. And the results of intragastrie pressure have no differences between the electro-acupuncture of Neiguan points and Zusanli points.(P>0.05)2.The number of the c-fos immunoreactive neurons in the NTS of model groups(gastric motility hyperkinesia and gastric motility inhibition model groups) are significantly higher than that in the blank groups(P<0.01). The number of the c-fos immunoreactive neurons in the NTS of Neiguan groups and Zusanli groups are significantly lower than that in the model groups (P<0.01).And the results of c-fos expression in NTS between Neiguan groups and Zusanli groups are no differences.(P>0.05)Conclusion:l.Electro-acupuncture on Neiguan points and Zusanli points both have the bidirectional regulation effect for the intragastrie pressure of gastric motility abnormality model rats.2.Electro-acupuncture on Neiguan points and Zusanli points have the bidirectional regulation effects on abnormal gastric motility model rats of intragastrie pressure, which is closely related to the NTS.NTS may be one of the prime nervous center for electro-acupuncture of Neiguan and Zusanli points regulate the intragastric pressure for double-way.
