Among the syndromes of weakened body resistance, Heart - Qi Difi-1 ciency(HQD) was. the most common syndrome. The most usual type of syndrome was Heart Qi - Yin Defici ency (HQYD) type, then was HQD typeN Heart Qi - Yang Deficiency type and Heart - Kidney Yang Deficiency (HKYD) type. Among the syndroms of excess in superficiality, Blood Stasis (BS) was the most common syndome. The most usual types of syndrome were BS type and Blood Stasis - Phlegm- Retention(BSPR) type, then was Blood Stasis - Retention of Water (BSRW) type and Blood Stasis - Phlegm - Retention - Retention of Water (BSPRRW) type 0 BS type usually appeared in HQD type,BSRW type usually appeared in Heart Qi - Yang D efi-ciency type, BSPR type usually appeared in HQYD type. While BSPRRWtype mainly appeared in HKYD type. The clinical basic type of syndrone was HQD complicated with BS type, The most common type of syndrome was HQYD complicated with BSPR type.2. The relationship between syndrome type in TCM and clinical grade of heart function: When th degree of heart failure deteriorated, the pattern wasHQDHCTHX Heart Qi - Yang DeficiencyHKYD among the syndromes of weakened body resistance, and BS BSPRN BSRWBSPRRW among the syndroms of excess in superficiality.3. The relationship between syndrome type in TCM and basic diseases: A-mong the patients with DHF caused by hypertensive heart disease, the HQYD and BSNBSPR type of syndrome more aften appeared than other types, Among the patients with DHF caused by coronary heart disease, the HQD-xHQYD and BS more often appeared than other types, Among the patients with DHF caused by hypertrophic cardiomyopathy,the HQD x HQYD and BSBSPR more often appeared than other types.4. The syndrome characteristics of DHF was compared with SHF:The common type of syndrome of both were similar, but the distribution of type of syndrome were different. Among the syndromes of weakened body resistance . HQYD type more often appeared in DHF, while Heart Qi - Yang Deficiency type more often appeared in SHF. Among the syndromes of excess in superficiality, BSPR type more often appeared in DHF, While BSRW type more often appeared in SHF. There were two causes:One Was that the basic diseses of both were different, another one was that the TCM pathogenesis of both had an essential distinction.5. The relationship between syndrome type in TCM of DHF and left ven-tricular diastolic function: When A, A/E, IRT were increased and ENDC were decreased, among the syndromes of weakened body resistance of DHF, the pattern was HKYD HQYD Heart Qi - Yang Deficiency HQD type; among the syndroms of excess in superficiality, the pattern was BSPRRW>BSRW and BSPR>BS type. This showed that the changes of heart diastolic function were remarkably related with syndrome type in TCM of DHF.6. The relationship between syndrome type in TCM of DHF and neuroendocrine disorder: With the degree of DHF deteriorated, the type of syndrome of DHF become more complex. The density of AT II N AUXETNANP was gradually increased. Moreover, among the syndromes of weakened body resistance, the changes of above indices had certain speciality. The density of AUXET was significantly increased in Heart Qi - Yang Deficiency type, while the density of ATE was significantly increased in HQYD type.In conclusion, above results showed that the TCM syndromes of DHF had speciality and certain disciplinarian of development, and was obviously different with SHF.
