Clinical Research On The Effect Of Fuzhi Qiang Xing Jiao Nang (FZQXJN) On Congestive Heart Failure

In this paper, 60 patients with congestive Heart Failure (CFIF) Were randomly assigned to receiving Fu zhi Qiang xing Jiao Nang (30 patients),and receiving Tab Digoxin (30 patients) for two weeks , The results showed:l.Two groups could remedying significanlly heart failure, improve cardiac function, and the treating group did better than contrasting group(P<0.05)2. In the diffirent typle heart failure, the treating group did better than contrasting group in remedying right ventricular failure and whole heart failure (PO.05)3. Two groups could strengthen stroke volume and Ejection Fraction, improve the cardiac contracty function and the rteating group did better than contrasting group (P<0.05)4. As for evaluating the total treating effect by TCM Standard, the treating group did better than Constasting group (P<0.05)5. As for regulating the balance of ANF, the treating group also showed significant efficiency than contrastng group (P<0.05)6.
