Study On Li Pi Tiao Zhi Capsule In Treating Dyslipidemia Simplex

Objective: Exploring clinical therapeutic effects and mechanism of Li Pi Tiao Zhi Capsule. Methods: 87 cases of dyslipidemia simplex were divided into two groups randomly, 46 cases of dyslipidemia simplex were treated with Li Pi Tiao Zhi Capsule, while the other 41 cases were treated with Xue Zhi Kang as control group. Blood-lipid indices, ApoA-I, ApoB, the ratio of ApoB/ApoA-I, the indices of blood rheology were used in clinical research. Wistar rats were employed to make the model of dyslipidemia simplex. Indices such as blood-lipid indices, ApoA-1, ApoB, NO, NOS, ET, LPO, SOD, expression of hepatic cell LDLRmRNA were used to confirm the model and observation of therapeutic effects. Result: Of clinical observation, Li Pi Tiao Zhi Capsule can lower the serum content of TC, TG, LDL-c, ApoB, the ratio of ApoB/ApoA-I obviously, go up the serum content of HDL-c, ApoA-I obviously, improve the indices of blood rheology. Experiment study showed that Li Pi Tiao Zhi Capsule can also decrease the serum content of TC, TG, LDL-c, ApoB significantly, increase the serum content of HDL-c, ApoA-I significantly; and it can decrease the serum content of ET^ LPO significantly, increase the serum content of ls^ NOSN SOD significantly, and promote the expression intensity of rat hepatic cell LDLRmRNA significantly. Conclusion: Li Pi Tiao Zhi Capsule can accommodate blood-lipid metabolism through different stratums, links and target spots such as the whole, lipoprotein, apolipoprotein, molecule. It has obvious curative effect in treating dyslipidemia simplex.
