| DCXW has been proved effective by clinical practices in the treatment of migraine. At present,its cellular and molecular pharmacological mechanisms on migraine is not clear. Therefore,based on the whole view of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and the current achevements of Modern Medicine,this study observed the level variation of following migraine-related markers such as survival rate,activity,structure,calcium ions,apoptosis of nerve cell,etc. The experiments chose animal disease model of migraine with ni-troglycerin and nerve cell ischemia model with hypoxia device,adapted advanced instruments such as confocal laser scanning microscopy and flow cytometry,etc.,used sensitive technologies and feasible methods such as immunohisochemis-try,radioimmunoassay and enzymeimmunoassay experimental methods etc.The experimental results showed that the therapeutical effects of DCXW at the attack of migraine were as follows:(1)Ameliorating the symptom phenotypes such as head upset;(2)Regulating the level of migraine-related blood active substances in the blood and neurotransmitters in the brainof model rats;(3)Revising the ultral structure,decreasing the apoptosis percentage and rehabilating the calcium ions concentration of nerve cells.The results indicated that the cellular and molecular pharmacological mechanisms of DCXW at the attack of migraine were as follows:(l)Nourishing and maintaining the normal ultral structure and function of nerve cells or neuro-system;(2)Blocking the calcium ion channels and delaying or inhabiting the occurrence of apoptosis of nerve cells;(3)Maintaining the normal excretion function of nerve cells or neurosystem,activating or inhabiting the migraine-related neural transmitter receptors or NMDM receptors,regulating the level of neurotransmitters and neurotoxitical factors,decreasing the releasing of proinflammatory and propain substances,restraining the neurotoxitical injuries,contracting the distension vessels and prevent the arising of sterile inflammation. |
