Study On The Heat Syndrome Of Thoracic Obstruction (CHD)

In this study, at the first time research the heat syndrome of thoracic obstraction in an attempt to enrich the theory of differentiation of the syndromes and consummate the therapeutic regimen.Through the analysis of the retrieval of thoracic obstruction ,it is indicated that the academic origin of the heat syndrome come from the Cannon of Medicine and develop in the last year. We also explain the cause of the the heat with the theory of etiology.Through the clinical observations on 355 cases of thoracic obstruction, we conclude the diagnostics equation through logistics regression analysis and certify the criteria; illuminate the character of the syndrome with the analysis of the equation. Through the research on the combination and transformation of the syndromes, we prove the characteristics of pathogenesis: the astheria is combined with excess and heat with cold, the heat with excess cause disturbation of Qi; Qi and Yin dificiency are the origins, sputum and blood stasis are the keys, the combination of cold coagulation,Qi stagnation with heat syndrome is the diversity of pathogenesis. The therapeutical principle is clear the heat and warm the Yang-Astheria with heat and cold herbs; benefit the dificiency and clear the excess with different method ; clear the heat , resolve the stagnation and regulate the activities of qi.
