Experimental Study On Effect And Mechanism Of Decreasing Blood Pressure With Tian Ma Jiang Ya Capsule On SHR

Primary hypertension is a kind of disease that affects the health and living quality of human being seriously. The morbidity of primary hypertension is increasing in recent years, modern medicine has been made deep research on it, but there still have a lot of disputed and unstudied problems, many scholars are making unremitting efforts on it. The deeply understanding of TCM on it is realized with the combination of TCM with western medicine gradually, but till now there is no generally accepted and systematic theory. There are various opinions in clinic, most of them treat primary hypertension according pattern identification. In clinic, they have accumulated many experiences and achieved satisfactory results.The pathomechanisms of primary hypertension are very complex, so it's difficult for pattern identification or medicine gain effect. My advisor thinks the key of pathomechanisms are surplus of Qi and Huo , counterflow of Qi and Xue, liverwind stirring internally. Tian Ma Jiang Ya capsule was made under the guidance of this theory, it has been used for many years and gained better clinical effect.This research by means of animal experiment, discuss the mechanism of decreasing blood pressure of Tian Ma Jiang Ya capsule, try to find scientific arguments to verify our points. The research object is primaryhypertension rat (SHR) .This model is the most close to primary hypertension of human being internationally accepted. The research discussed mechanism of Tian Ma Jiang Ya capsule by observing blood pressure , myocardium , vascular construction , renin -angiotensinaldosterone system and endotheliotoxin , NO. The results showed: (1) Tian Ma Jiang Ya capsule is superior to Bovine bezoar hypertensor about the effect of decreasing blood pressure; (2) It has evident effect on myocardium and vascular construction; (3) It can increase the No concentration in blood serum; (4) It can decrease angiotensin II in blood serum; (5)It can decrease the expression of adrenalin angiotensin mRNA; (6)This research didn't find the effect on endotheliotoxin.This research discussed mechanism of Tian Ma Jiang Ya capsule partly, offered some basis for understanding and researching the theory and medicine of Tian Ma Jiang Ya capsule, we look forward to more profound research and discussion.
