Therefore, Nao-Xue differentiation puts forward new way of differentiation for contemporary illness, rich and honorable illness etc, especially cerebral illness and blood-illness of TCM. To test and verify applicability of cerebral syndrome of Nao-Xue differentiation to apoplexy, the study is made through theory, clinic and experiment.Three pathogenic factors affect human body. Function of zang-fu does not balance. Movement of vital energy, blood and fluid is out of gear. It leads to spiritual disorder, cerebral zhuo, cerebral stagnation, cerebral wei and zang-bing-ji-brain. These are chief pathogenesis of cerebral illness. As for apoplexy, cerebral wei decides occurrence of apoplexy. Cerebral zhuo and cerebral stagnation are immediate pathogenesis of apoplexy. Zang-bing-ji-nao exists in apoplexy all along. It is basic pathology. Spiritual disorder is not only inducement and pathogenic factor but also consequence.The study inspects independence, validity and coincidence rate of syndrome between cerebral syndrome of Nao-Xue differentiation and syndrome of apoplexy. It further accords with characteristic of pathogenic factor and pathogenesis of apoplexy. It avails differentiation and treatment of apoplexy. In addition, Nao-Xue differentiation is more canonical and easy to masteroExperimental research shows that remedy of benefiting brain and filling marrow possess evident effect on protecting brain. It perfects treating way of apoplexy through theory of Nao-Xue differentiation.The study demonstrates that cerebral syndrome of Nao-Xue differentiation has better applicability to apoplexy. Its pathogenic factor and pathogenesis further accord with feature of present-day apoplexy. It is beneficial to guide treatment and advance curing rate.
