Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis In Convalescent Stage Of Cerebral Infarction With The Methods Of Filling Essence And Invigorating Marrow And Activation Blood Circulation

Objective:This experiment mainly applies the method of filling essence and filling marrow,activating blood and resolving stasis to treat the convalescent patients of cerebral infarction(syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis),To evaluate the effectiveness of the methods of filling essence,invigorating marrow and activating blood to remove blood stasis in the convalescence of cerebral infarction(syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis)Methods:.Seventy-two patients with convalescent(syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis)of cerebral infarction treated in the department of encephalopathy outpatient department of jilin provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2017 to December 2018 were included.random group,Both groups were given aspirin enteric-coated tablets and general rehabilitation,On this basis,the treatment group was given orally prescription of bencficial pulp compound brain(pulp of dogwood fruit,tortoise-shell glue,,morinda officinalis,,caulis spatholobi,the root of red-rooted salvia,,root of common peony,herba siegesbeckiae,carthamus tinctorius,peach kernel,bitter cardamon,cistanche,)treatment of 4 weeks,the drug is given at the end of a course of treatment,evaluation indicators were recorded and summarized at 4 weeks of treatment and 90 days of follow-up,the final results were analyzed statistically to evaluate the efficacy of bencficial pulp compound brain prescriptionResults:(1)4 weeks of treatments,the effect of treatment group was better than of control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group with prescription of bencficial pulp compound brain 90.10%,control group total effective rate 78.79%,TCM syndrome score of the two group,In forgetful,giddy,tinnitus,lumbar genu acerbity soft respect,the treatment group was superior to the control group,obvious difference(P<0.05),(2)At day 90,there was a significant difference in the proportion of MRS(0-1?0-2)patients between the two groups.(P<0.05).(3)after 4 weeks of medication,by comparing the NIHSS score of the two groups was reduced to 4 points and 0-1 points,the Chinese and western medicine group was improved compared with the pure western medicine group.(4)the rate of patients with BI score greater than or equal to 75?85?95 in the day 90 visit was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:This experiment preliminarily verifies that the methods of filling essence and filling marrow and activating blood circulation and resolving stasis is effective in the treatment of cerebral infarction with kidney deficiency and blood stasis,improve TCM syndrome,such as tinnitus?amnesia?lumbar debility?dizziness in terms of significant.
