The muscle' tension become high can be found in in many diseases, for example, Stroke , PD, brain external injury and the spinal cord harm, espically in stoke. It is a familiar complication in the central nervous system disease. The main performance is the tension of the muscle become high and the moderate abnormality caused by it, seriously affected the stroke patient' s daily life and the existence quantities. It is the main question to affect the recovery of the body function. We reviwed the study about the muscle spasm after stroke. On the foundation of function mechanism about it, trying to study the theories, clinic and experiment of the mechanism about the "ShuJinKeLi". By observing the change of the body function, daily life, painful area, behavior and the SP, GABA of the central nerves system, studying the mechanisms of the"ShuJinKeLi"in curing muscle tension. We hope to provide the basis of theory, clinic and laboratory about the "ShuJinKeLi" and to put forword a new medicine for the patient. Part One: basic researchBy reviewing the mechanism of muscle tension after stroke of Chinese traditional medicine and modern medical science, We analysis and generalize the headstream, present condition about it. We think there are two views about the body spasm and there are also two mechanisms about the muscle tension. Modern medical science emphasize that muscle' tension become high is not only the cause of the nerve mechanism, but the non-central nervous system also. Many factors can do it,but the pathologic and physiology are not very clear. With the development of the Nerve molecular biology, the revelance between transmitters and diseases of central nerve is attended by scientist. The...
