Results: 1.Positive reaction of AQP1 is yellow brown, negative control is not coloration,AQP1 expresses in cytoplasm of variant horizontal cell and vascularendothelial cell, normo brain tissue could not express, significant deviation(P<0.001);2. Positive reaction of VEGF is yellow brown, negative control isnot coloration. VEGF expresses in cytoplasm of gliom micrangium, vascularendothelial cell, variant horizontal cell but normo brain tissue could notexpress;3. VEGF,EPO,iNOS express in cytoplasm of vascular endothelialcell and horizontal cell, positive reactions are yellow brown, negative controlsare not coloration. mRNA genes of VEGF,EPO,iNOS express in gliommicrangium, vascular endothelial cell, and variant horizontal cell aroundtumour, three expressions are positive correlation. Conclusions: 1. Theup-regulating expression of AQP1mRNA enhances absorbing power tohydropsia liquid; Through AQP1 tumour tissue absorbs hydrone into glial cell,bringing on cytomorphosis and tumefaction. AQP1 and Na+-K+-ATP enzymecooperatively locate in VEC, facilitating endepidermis-crossing ion conveying,forming infiltration gradient and driving force to hydrone, selectivelypermeating hydrone, taking on hydrone-adjusting role. It is main gap toeliminate superfluous intercellular fluid in and around tumour. 2.
