Study On Standardization Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Quality Control And Chromatography Related With Spectrum Analysis System

Precondition of modernization quality control of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is of standardization quality control of TCM, which should be firstly solved in modernization of TCM. In this thesis, the content and the way of coming true standardization quality control of TCM were researched. We, taking advantage of the predominance of modern analysis technology and chemometrics methods in controlling TCM quality, conducted the basic and applied research, which focused on standardization pretreatment, chromatography separation and the method of three dimensions HPLC visualization fingerprint qualitative and two-dimension resolution quantification analysis. Preliminary project of standardization quality control, which can be referred, was established. An intelligent chromatography related with spectrum analysis system was designed. And both of them were validated by the samples. The results of this thesis had some reference value for establishing standardization quality control method of TCM.
