The Study On The Antitumour Effective Fraction Of Chinese Herbal Radix Ranunculus Ternate

Objective: The paper was fixed the effective fractions and components about resisting tumour in Radix Ranunculus Ternate and investigated their antitumour mechanism. Method: The chemical components in Radix Ranunculus Ternate were extracted and separated by the technique of solvent-refining. To investigate the pharmacological effect on antitumour with multiguide multitarget in vivo and vitro, we adopted two methods of MTT and SRB,selected three tumour ceH clusters of human lung cancer A-549,human leucocythemia HL-60 and cervical tumour Hela , and set up two models of animal S₁80 sarcoma and transplant tumour H22 liver cancer.The effective fractions were separated and purified with several layer chromatography of silica,reverse phase silica,Macfofeticulaf Resin,sephadex (LH-20) and so on.The structure of effective components were identified by technique of GC-MS, EI-MS, and 'HNMR,¹3CNMR, et.The extraction and separation technics of effective fractions and components were set up.The Serum chemistry , pharmacodynamics and the moleculer biology investigation of antitumour mechanism were carried out. Result: The research of effective fractions about resisting tumour in Radix Ranunculus Ternate were determined with the method of multimold and multitarget antitumour pharmacological effection in vivo and vitro.The technics of extraction,separation and purification of effective fractions and components were set up.Ten compounds were identified from acetic acid ethylester effective fraction.
