Objective To investigate the effects of osteogenic growth peptide C-terminal pentapeptide analogues (H13D, G34D and G35I) on proliferation and differentiation of osteoblast in vitro. Methods Primary Osteoblasts were harvested from calvarium of new born SD rats and divided into control, NaF, H13D, G34D and G35I groups.
