| Introduction: Chronic stress affects people daily life ,with incapable avoidance, which all life need for survival and development. Profundily knowing disease mechanism of chronic stress, will help to study prevention and cure measure step, thus protect human body and mind health. Along with severity intense competition ,more and more illness mostly relative to chronic stress on depression increase day by day .Chronic stress can give rise to organism nerve—incretion—immunity system extensive changes, among them, center neuron system plasticity changes is one of cause leading to all kinds of stress reaction. Hippocampus is main regulate nerve centre and suffered centre, and hippocampus keep in close contact with amygdala on learning and emotion . Thus , synapse plasticity changes of amygdala and hippocampus may be organismic expressional inter mechanism during chronic stress reaction.
