Part IAnalysis on autoantibody and autoimmume disease in patients with chronic hepatitis C.[Objective] To analyze on the relationship between autoantibody , autoimmune disease and HCV infection, HCV genetypes and its clinical features.[Methods] Sandwich hybridization microplate and fluorescence quantification PCR and Indirect Immunofluorescence were used to detect HBV-DNA, HCV-DNA,HCVgenotype and ANA,SMA,AMA,LKMA1,TGA,TMA in CHC patients with /without autoimmune disease CHB patients.[Result] 116 patients (32.40%) with autoimmune autoantibody and 20 patients (5.59%) with autoimmune disease were found in 358 CHC patients. 29 patients (8.80%) with autoimmune autoantibody was found in 330 CHB patients, none with autoimmune disease was found in CHB patients.
