| Objective: To prove acupuncture's space-time effect through the experimental study of scalp-acupuncture BaiHui-taiyang on the energy metabolism after rat intracerebral hemorrhage .Method : The rats were divided into 4 group: normal group, sham group, hemorrhage group (ICH) and acupuncture group. The model of intracerebral hemorrhage in rat was made with Collagense VII/heparini infusion. The three regions of the rat's brain (perihemotoma-A, left Cpu-B, right CA-C) and three times(24h,72h,168h) were observed. Content of SDH, Na~+-K~+-ATPase of mitochondria and lactate were determined;The mitochondrial uitrastructure changes was observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM);the change of apoptosis cells were compared;The protein expression of GLUT1 were detected by immunohistochemistry method;The mRNA expression of GLUT1 and H~+-ATPase β subunit were detected by RT-PCR.Result: 1.The observed indexes except GLUT1 take on the same change rules , the difference between regions( A,C,B) were significantly. Region B changed slightly only in 24h;Indexes of Region C changed more lately than region A except LA. 2. Differences among times were obvious, LA and apoptosis reached the peak at 24h, other indexes aggravated gradually. 3. After treatment, abnormal changes were not found in region B acupuncture group;The changes of index in acupuncture group were delayed after treatment, except that LA, Na~+-K~+-ATPase, aptosis in region A and LA in region C changed in 24h. There was obvious difference between ICH and acupuncture groups.Conclusion: 1. Energy metabolism failure has time-aggravated and space-restain-pervasion characteristic. 2. Acupuncturetreatment can delayed the energy metabolism failure energy metabolism failure and has the benign modulatory effect on three regions. 3.Acupuncture has space-time effect. 4. To relieve the focus' restain-pervasion of the energy metabolism is the mechanism of acupuncture's instant effect.
