Experimental Study Of Scalp-Acupuncture Effect On The GLUT1 And GLUT1mRNA In Brain Orgnize Of The Rat With Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Objective: To research the mechanism of penetrating of scalp-acupuncture on acute intracerebral hemorrhage through the experimental study of scalp-acupuncture BaiHui-TaiYang on the energy metabolism with the time changing after rat intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods: The rats were divided into 4 group: normal group, sham group , hemorrhage group (ICH) and acupuncture group. Model of intracerebral hemorrhage in rat was made with Collagense VII/heparini infusion. There were three times of the rat's brain ( 24h, 72h, 168h) had been observed. Content of to test the lever of the function defect of nerve system; the protein expressions of GLUT-1 were detected by immunohistochemistry method; the mRNA expression of GLUT-1 was detected by RT-PCR.Result: The lever of the function defect of nerve system, the acupuncture group is much better than the hemorrhage group; The brain organize have be acupunctured are better than which have not be acupunctured. GLUT-1 reached the peak at 24h, and dropped out obviously at 72h, and kept dropping at 168h, the acupuncture group is better than the hemorrhage group obviously; GLUT-lmRNA got the peak at 24h, and kept dropping at 72h and 168h, the curative effect of acupuncture is well; The range of GLUT-1 and GLUT-1mRNA changed is different, the acupuncture group is smaller than the hemorrhage group.Conclusion: 1. The lever of function of nerve system is improved. 2. Penetrating of scalp-point is useful to cure the brain haematoma organize, it can help to make the brain haematoma organize be fixed faster. 3. The expression lever of GLUT-1 and GLUT-1 mRNA on the acupuncture group is improved. 4. Penetrating of scalp-acupuncture can keep the brain metabolism more tranquilization after rat intracerebral hemorrhage, as a result, the organize of the brain haematoma can be protected and cured.
