The Effects Of The Formula Of Invigorating Qi And Warming Yang Promoting Blood Circulation To Dispel Blood Stasis On The PDGF-B In The Vas Of The Testbed Restenosis Models

Objective: To observe the effects of the formula of the invigorating qi and warming yang, promoting blood circulation to dispel blood stasis on the rabbits' carotid blood vessels after the angioplastry.To investigate its mechanics at the molecular level, then to provide academic warranties to guide the clinic further.Methods: Replicated the animal models of testbed restenosis after angioplastry with once injury by balloon.Deviding into the model group and the Chinese traditional medicine group random.Each group had eighteen rabbits.Taked another eighteen rabbits as the bogus operation group,which been inserted balloon but not been charged. Each group was divided into 3 time points as 1w, 2w, 4w.Observed the restenosis degree of the carotid with the carotid angiography;Observed the changes of the pathologic picture with HE deying;Observed the the carotid luminal area,the intimal thickness and area,the thickness of the tunica media,the reduced area of the extra- elasticity and quantificationally analyzed the form;Observed the area of the â…  and â…¢ collagen and the ratio ,then to analyzed the pertinence. Observed the changes of the ultrastructure and quantificationally analyzed the density;Observed the changes of the express of the PDGF-B mRNA with the the RT-PCR.Result:1.Contrasted with the bogus operation group,the pathologic picture and the ultrastructure of the Chinese traditional medicine group and the model group are unwonted at each time point. Contrasted with the corresponding model group,the vasal ultrastructure's quantificational consistency of the Chinese traditional medicine group are both alleviative at the first week andthe second week.It has the statistical meaning.The forth week has no obvious changes and has no statistical meaning.2.The formula of the invigorating qi and warming yang, promoting blood circulation to dispel blood stasis can affect the restenosis models after the angioplasty for both augmenting the obliteration area , the reducing the extra- elasticity Liuninal area and depressing the thickness and the area of the intima.lt has the statistical meaning Contrasting with the corresponding model growp. Contrasting with the corresponding the bogus operation group, the thickness of the tunica media of the Chinese traditional medicine group and the model group were changed illdefined at each time point and have no statistical meaning.3. The formula of the invigorating qi and warming yang, promoting blood circulation to dispel blood stasis can debase the area of the vassal I> III types collagen of the models,and it has the statistical meaning contrasting with the model growp.It has no statistical meaning of the ratio of the I> III types collagen beteew the model growp and the Chinese traditional medicine group at each time point.4.It is positive correlation beteew the collagen area of the carotid and the missing area of the Liuninal area,and the correlation of the model growp are stronger than the Chinese traditional medicine group. It is positive correlation beteew the collagen area and the area of the intima and the model growp are stronger than the Chinese traditional medicine group.5.The expression of the carotid vassal PDGF-B mRNA of the Chinese traditional medicine group and the model growp are improved first and then reduced.Contrasted with the corresponding model group, the Chinese traditional medicine group can play down the expression of the carotid vassal PDGF-B mRNA at the first weekand the second week,and it has the statistical meaning.AT the forth week the change is illdefined,and it has no statistical meaning.6.The Liuninal area, the intima area and the reducing the extra-elasticity Liuninal area of the Chinese traditional medicine group and the model group are positive correlation.The effects of the Liuninal hyperplasia on the missing umen are stonger than that of the reducing the extra- elasticity Liuninal area. And the effects of the model group are weaker than the Chinese traditional medicine group.Conclusions: Once injury by balloon can successfully replicate the animal models of testbed restenosis after angioplastry. The Chinese traditional medicine group can alleviate the intima thickness and the degree of the liuninal straitness through amend the abnormity of the pathologic picture and the ultrastructure, playing down the expression of the PDGF-B mRNA, restraining the intima hyperplasia and the vasal remold. It may be the mechanics of preventing the restenosis after the angioplastry.
