Studying The Effects Of The Compound Prescription Of Replenish Qi, Warming Yang And Activating Blood Circulation To Dissipate Blood Stasis On α-Smooth Muscle Actin Of Rabbit Carotid Artery After Balloon Injury

Objective: Observing the effects of the compound prescription of replenish Qi, warming Yang and activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis on α-smooth muscle actin of Rabbit carotid Artery after Balloon Injury, to investigate the mechanism of vascular smooth muscel cell proliferation and its effect on RS after percutaneous transluminal angioplastry.Methods: Replicating the animal model of restenosis after percutaneous transluminal angioplastry for experimentation with injury by balloon .We devided the models to the model control group and the Chinese traditional medicine prevent group random. There are 18 rabbits in each group.we take another 18 rabitts as the bogus operation group.Each group are divided into 3 time points as 1w, 2w, 4w.To observate the effects of the Chinese traditional medicine to the restenosis degree of the carotid, the luminal area of the carotid , the sum of the endangium and the tunica media, and α - smooth muscle actin expression with the methods of carotid angiography , Pathology and immunohis-tochemistry.Results: Contrasted with the bogus operation group, the abnormal of the pathologic picture and ultrastructure and the restenosis degree of the carotid aggravated significantly of the model control group and the Chinese traditional medicine prevent group.And their sum of the tunica inatma and the tunica media accretived significantly. Contrasted with the model control group,the luminal area accretived significantly. Its restenosis degree of the carotid and the sum of the tunica inatma and the tunica media decreased.On day 7, 14 and 28, the expression of α - smooth muscle actin in tunica media was higher than the modelcontrol group;On day 7> 14 and 28, the expression of a - smooth muscle actin in the tunica inatma was lower than the model control group.Conclusion: The animal model of restenosis after percutaneous transluminal angioplastry for experimentation with injury by balloon are resemble with the pathological changes of humankind. The formula of invigorating qi warming yang and activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis can alleviate the restenosis degree of the carotidN restrain proliferation of endangium .It could markedly suppressed the down of the a - smooth muscle actin,strongly inhibit the migration and proliferation of Vascular smooth muscle cell.
