Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of "Invigorating Qi And Activating Blood Circulation?dredging Yang To Eliminate Turbidity" As The Principle Of Tcm Treatment To Prevent The In-stent Restenosis After PCI

Objective:Currently integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment,prevention and treatment of ISR has become a focus of attention.Discuss the mechanism of traditional Chinese and western medicine for restenosis,summarize and summarize the principles of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of restenosis in stent of chest paralysis,and observe the principle of traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on "Yiqihuoxue,Tongyangxiezhuo".Intervene in the treatment after stent implantation,and observe the efficacy and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for the prevention and treatment of stent restenosis after PCI.Methods:second Department of Cardiovascular Surgery,Sichuan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine;were randomly divided into treatment groups(Table 1 40 cases)and control group(40 cases),followed up regularly for 1 year.Observe the incidence of ISR and cardiovascular end point events in the treatment and control groups after 1 year after PCI;and the improvement of TCM symptoms before treatment and after taking the drug;and record adverse drug reactions during clinical observation.Result:A total of 76 successfully completed clinical cases were compared and analyzed.The results show:1.There were 38 cases in the treatment group with a restenosis rate of 5.26% and 38 cases in the control group with a restenosis rate of 13.16%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.The effect of improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine: the total effective rate of the patients in the treatment group was 92.11%,and the total effective rate of the patients in the control group was 81.58%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).The comparison of some of the single symptoms of TCM,such as the improvement of symptoms such as shortness of breath or shortness of breath,phlegm,fatigue,and heavy body,had significant statistical differences(P <0.01).3.In all patients,the physical examination and laboratory tests before and after treatment showed no significant abnormalities,and the safety is grade 1-2.No adverse events related to the drug occurred.Conclusion:1.Taking "Invigorating qi and activating blood circulation?Dredging yang to eliminate turbidity" as the principle of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,and treating coronary heart disease No.I with western medicine standard treatment can further reduce chest pain and heartache(qi deficiency,blood stasis,phlegm and turbid block)stent implantation.After the restenosis rate and long-term use of coronary heart disease I,the symptoms of TCM in the TCM syndromes of the patients were significantly improved,and the quality of life of the patients was improved.2.Coronary heart disease No.I combined with western medicine standard treatment in the prevention and treatment of PCI-ISR has exact curative effect and safety.
