Study Of Correlation Between Deficiency-syndrome Of TCM And Biological Behavior Of Esophageal And Lung Cancer And Essence Of Lung Yin-deficiency Syndrome

Malignant tumor is a kind of common, seriously life-killing disease, it is our notable characteristics and important superiority to prevent and treat cancer with Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Western Medicine (WM) method, which has made important progress in many fields. The clinical, theoretical and experimental studies were conducted to observe the correlation between deficiency-syndrome of TCM and the biological behavior of esophageal and lung cancer and tq investigate the essence of Yin-deficiency syndrome. The aims were to understand the molecular pathophysiological mechanism of the occurrence of Yin-deficiency syndrome and furtherly improve the multi-modality treatment effect of cancer with integrated TCM and WM method.Clinical research part: The correlation between deficiency-syndrome of TCM and the biological behavior of esophageal cancer and lung cancer and the natural changing regularity of deficiency-syndrome of TCM in the progressing process of esophagus and lung cancer were observed in the part. According to the differential diagnosis criteria of TCM the patients with esophagus and lung cancer were divided into two groups: deficiency-syndrome group and non-deficiency group before operation. The study results showed:(1) 62 patients had varying extent deficiency-syndrome symptoms among 180 esophageal cancer patients.
