Laryngeal carcinoma, which affects the people's living quality seriously, is the ENT malignant tumor with very high morbidity rate. Since 80's in 20 centuries, the treatment of the laryngeal carcinoma have made rapid progress, operation, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and the application of the immunization therapy, have great raised the five years survival rate of the laryngeal carcinoma patients. But operation has many seriously complications, radiotherapy and chemotherapy have much serious poisonous side effect. Therefore, investigating novel, valid treatment method with little poisonous side effect, become the focus concern of the ENT researchers. The phenomenon of RNA interference (RNAi) was found in 1995, and was coursed great attention in 1998. RNAi is a new gene blocking technology that silences target gene at post-transcription level induced by the small interference RNA (siRNA) . Recently the RNAi has become the focus of gene treatment worldwide. RNAi technique is based on the alkali repair principle, which make use of the short piece of mRNA to combine to target gene's mRNA to silence or terminate the expression of purpous oncogene, making the tumor cell to divide toward maturity or inducing the cell apoptosis, so as to get the aim of treatment. The oncogene c-myc is an important...
