Objective: An animal model of rabbits of acute impact injury of acetabular cartilage was established in this experiment to observe and analyse the pathology and ultrastructured change,in order to lay a foundation of theory of mechanism of injury of acetabular cartilage change. To study the clinical value of MRI detecting the lesions of articular cartilage ,to find diagnosis method of clinical trial on patients with acute injury of acetabular cartilage.Methods:The experiment include three parts:I. Creation and pathological study of acute impact injury of acetabular cartilage of animal model An animal model of acute impact injury of acetabular cartilage were performed with impact force of 600 newtons and 300 newtons in the 50 New Zeland white rabbits. They were divided into 24 hours, 2 weeks, 6 weeks, 3 months and 6 months groups randomly and the opposite side as control group. Specimens were obtained according time, to be inspected with naked eye , to be studied the pathology of histological slides stained by HE in the light microscopy, to be researched ultrastructures of the chondrocytes with transmission electron microsoopy, to be quantitative analysed with Fluorescence-activated cell sorting, to be orientated position with fluorescent microsoopy.2.
