Study On The Compound Recipe Of Gegen Qinlian Decoction

Gegen Qinlian Decoction is the classical prescription of Treatise on Cold-induced Disease written by zhang zhong jing. Quality evaluation methods of each medicinal herbs ,extract method of compound reparation, test and verification on bioequivalence ,as well as pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic study were thoroughly reseached in this paper.ICP-MS technique was developed vaguely to determine the content of metal elements in Radix Pueraiae and Radix Glycyrrihizae . And the results were applied to establish the metal elements MS identify analysis methods of Radix Pueraiae and Radix Glycyrrihizae.RAPD technique was developed to obtain Radix Scutellariae 's identify model, which is accurate and reliable . HPLC method was developed to obtain Radix Scutellariae 's finger prints . The qualities of Radix Scutellariae , which have different originals were distinguished by this method .Gegen Qinlian Decoction was systematically researched by modern techniques.Among the total,HPLC method was utilized to determine the content of quality assessment indices in each herb;electron microscope(EMS) was developed to identify the micro-morphous of ultra-fine powders.Ultra-fine powder-bionic extraction system was firstly put forward by combining the superfine comminution and bionic extraction system . The optimal extraction including single-bionic extraction, compound-bionic extraction , compound recipe water extraction was separately studied by orthogonal design and uniform design .Median lethal dose(LDso) of compound ultra-fine powder-bionic extraction was obtained by acute toxicity research.In comparing pharmacodynamic research of various extraction method,compound ultra-fine powder-bionic extraction performed significant superiority and feasibility.Different extraction processes bioequivalence of Gegen Qinlian Decoction were investigated by pairing experiments . Bioavailability of ultra-fine powder-bionic extract is higher than extract by water and single-bionic extraction . All the results showed that ultra-fine powder-bionic extraction system is an advanced, practical functional process .Take the principal drug Radix Pueraiae as study object , pharmakinetic parameters of different extraction methods of Gegen Qinlian Decoction were determined .
