Study On Decoction Method Of Decoction Based On Banxia Xiexin Decoction

The Method of Acrid Openning and Bitter Decending is one of the important traditional Chinese medicine therapies, it is a method to mix pungent-warm and bitter-cold herbs together to form a prescription. This theory ogriginated from Canon of Medicine, Zhang Zhongjing found a series of Xiexin decoction kinds of prescription in Treatise on Febrile Diseases, which let the Method of Acrid Openning and Bitter Decending began to be used in clinical. Baxiaxiexin Decoction is its representative prescription. The large number of clinical practice and experience of medication showed that multiple system diseases can be threated by Method of Acrid Openning and Bitter Decending, the effect of adjusting the digestive system diseases, especially gastrointestinal function is particularly evident. By collecting and organizing clinical trials, the number of applications of Banxiaxiexin Decotion used on chronic gastritis is particularly large number.This paper is divided into two parts, the first part is theoretical research and clinical application on Method of Acrid Openning and Bitter Decending.The second part of the study is the use of evidence-based medicine in Meta-analysis, to collect clinical study on Baxiaxiexin Decoction’s treatment of chronic gastritis and analyse the results, draw relevant conclusion.
