Clinical And Experimental Research Of Xin Tong Ning Composition In Treating Unstable Angina Pectoris Of CAD And The Effect To Cadiocyte's Apoptosis.

Objective: To estimate the clinical effect and safety of Xin Tong Ning Composition (XTNC) made up from my advisor's experience to treat Unstable Angina Pectoris of CAD and the effect to cadiocyte's apoptosis. Methods:1 . Clinical Research, In 4 weeks,70 cases with Angina Pectoris were divided randomly and blindly into two sets, test group with XTNC and Western medicine vs control group with Western medicine only. To observe the curative effect of TCM syndrome penthemeron , single symptome, ECG, the hypersound of cardiogram, overall load of heart muscle ischemia, the change of endodermis function, blood fat, blood rheology, CRP.2. Empirical Study,To made the analog of AMI by ligating the coronary artery of rats, divide them into 4 sets: high dose XTNC set, low dose XTNC set, Captopril control group, analog control group. And set up blank control group. After one week with medication, collect 6ml blood from inferior vena to detect endodermis function and CM zymogram, then select the heart to observe the infarct size of MI, cadiocyte apoptosis, the express of proteinum Bcl-2 and Fas.Consults: Clinical Observation, Compared with western medicine control group, test group can effectually relieve clinical symptoms, improve ECG and systolic and diastolic function of the heart, adjust blood fat, improve blood rheology and EC's function, degrade level of CRP, lessen cardiac IDEM effect's overall load. There are conspicuous statistical significance between the groups. Conclusion:The Clinical Observation manifest XTNC is the active drug to treat Unstable Angina Pectoris. The rate of excellence and total effection of relieving angina cordis and improving ECG is conspicuously better than control group. There are important clinical significance in improving blood rheology and EC's function, adjusting blood fat, lessening cardiac IDEM effect's overall load, degrading level of CRP.
