| Objective:By observe the effect of Xintongning Ointment on the effect of symptoms and ECG in patients with post-infarction angina and the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP9),and to explore the clinical efficacy of Xintongning Ointment and its effect on the level of inflammation.Methods:Seventy-two patients with post-infarction angina were randomly selected and divided into observation group(32 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Xintongning Ointment on the basis of conventional western medicine.The course of treatment was 1 month.The angina symptom,electrocardiogram,stopping rate of nitroglycerin,TCM syndrome score and MMP-9 were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:1.Both the observation group and the control group could reduce the TCM syndrome score of patients,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).2.Both groups could effectively improve the ECG of patients,reduce the amount of nitroglycerin,relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).3.Both groups could reduce the expression of MMP-9(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Xintongning Ointment can improve the TCM syndrome scores of patients with definite clinical efficacy.2.For patients with post-infarction angina,Xintongning Ointment+conventional treatment of western medicine is better than conventional treatment of western medicine in improving angina pectoris symptoms,electrocardiogram efficacy and stopping rate of nitroglycerin.3.The reduction of MMP-9 level by Xintongning Ointment+conventional treatment of western medicine is superior to conventional treatment of western medicine,suggesting that the mechanism of Xintongning Ointment in the treatment of PIA may be related to the inhibition of inflammatory reaction. |
