XinTongNing Capsule Intervention Unstable Angina Clinical Research On Vulnerable Blood

Objective: Through clinical observation Xintongning Capsule treatment of unstable angina pectoris, select IL-6, thrombus precursor protein (TpP); vWF (Von Willebrand Factor, vWF); fibrinogen (Fib) as the detection of indicators to observation of drugs on inflammatory response and coagulation system in order to elaborate on the vulnerability of the intervention mechanism of blood.Methods: 40 patients who suffered from UA were included in the study and were randomly divided into two groups: A group (control group, 20cases) were dealt with routine treatment of western medicine; B group (treatment group, 20cases) were treated with routine medicine combined with XinTongNing Capsule, each 5, tid. Before and after 4 weeks′treatment, all cases were observed the clinical symptom and electrocardiogram (ECG). Statistical analysis comparison of serum fibrinogen (Fib), IL-6, TpP, Von Willebrand Factor among the control group and the treatment group were analysed by test for independent samples.Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups before treament. After treatment, the clinical improvement of syndromes: The control grounp: obvious effective rate 55.0%, total effective rate 80.0%; The treatment group: obvious effective rate 80.0%, total effective rate 95.0%. The effect of the treatment group was better than those in the control grounp (P<0.05). The ECG: The control ground: obvious effective rate 60.0%, total effective rate 80.0%; The treatment group: obvious effective rate 85.0%, total effective rate 95.0%. The effect of the treatment group was better than those in the control group (P<0.05). TCM symptomatic scores: Before and after treament, the control group is 12.40±3.37, 9.95±2.54 respectively; the treament group is 12.60±3.75, 8.80±2.61 respectively. There is significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Blood lipids, blood glucose compared: the treatment group and control group after treatment of plasma TC, LDL-C, HDL-C level has markedly improved, compared with those before treatment were significantly different (P<0.05), between the two groups no significant difference (P>0.05). Treatment group and control group after treatment, plasma TG, FPG level of no significant improvement in pre-treatment compared with no significant difference (P>0.05).The test for independent samples showed that the level of Fib, vWF, TpP and IL-6 in both group after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the level of those in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the controls (P<0.05).Conclusion: XinTongNing Capsule can significantly improve patients with unstable angina symptoms, improvement in electrocardiogram, and better than western medicine group, the body can reduce fibrinogen, Von Willebrand Factor levels, improving the body hypercoagulable state, a significant reduction in inflammatory factor TpP, IL-6 level, and thereby play intervention vulnerable blood, the role of prevention and treatment of unstable angina.
