Part Ⅰ A model of retinal laser injury in pigmented rabbit and morphological changes of retinaobjectiveTo study the histopathological changes of retina following laser photocoagulation by frequency doubled 532nm laser with laser lesion effect of Tso grade Ⅲ photocoagulated spot .in pigmented rabbits. Methods(1).Twenty-four pigmented rabbits were randomly divided into two groups:laser injured group(36 eyes) and control normal group(12eyes)and followed by 1,3,7,14,21,28 days.Retinal photocoagulation was performed in rabbits'both eyes by frequency doubled 532nm laser with laser lesion effect of Tso grade Ⅲ photocoagulated spots (532nm,450mW,75μm,0.05second).(2) Fluorescein fundus argiography(FFA) was conducted to evaluate the degree of fluorescein leakage in photocoagulated lesions at 3,7,14,21,28days after photocoagulation.(3) Ultrastructure examination of normal retina adjacent laser lesion was performed at 7,21 days after photocoagulation with transmission electronmicroscopy.(4) The eyes were enucleated ,fixed and cut into sections at every...
