| Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) is a main deadly and disabled comman cerebral vascular disease (CVD). In our country, the incidence of (CVD) is still head the list. It not only threatens human health seriously, but also brings heavy burden to the family and the society. So far, there are no any good therapeutic methods for the restoration of the neurological deficits after ICH. Therefore, expcept for some prevention and first-aid measures, finding an ideal method to improve the neurological deficits after ICH effectively is the common goal for medical staffs in the world. It is doubtless that the reconstruction of neurological function after ICH will be of great benefit to the patients and society.The main pathological injury mechanisms of ICH include: 1. the injury of hematoma itself, which produced the neurologic toxicity by secreting some substances such as thrombin, hemoglobin, histamine, 5-hydroxytryptamine, et al. 2.
