Based on the preliminary pharmacological screening of the effective components of Rubus parviflolius L which resisted cerebral ischemic. The reference substance was isolated and pureified by chromatograpy. extracting conditions of TSRP were examined and refinement with macroporous resin was developed. We established the Middle Cerebral Artery Occlusion reperfusion rat model and observed the protective effects to learn its mechanism of TSRP on focal cerebral ischemic. The purpose of the research was to observe protein level alteration of brain tissue of MCAO rats and TSRP treated rats using comparing proteomics strategy. The paper was written with three parts.PART ONE THE EFFECTIVE COMPONENTS OF RUBUS PARVIFLOLIUS L. EXTRACT IN ANTI-ISCHEMIC CEREBRAL, ISOLATION,IDENTIFICATION OF REFERENCE SUBSTANCE AND PURIFICTION OF TSRP.â… The pharmacological screening of the effective components of Rubus parviflolius L which resist cerebral ischemicObjective: To investigate the effective components of Rubus parviflolius L. which resist cerebral ischemic. Methods: The Rubus parviflolius L. was extracted with different polarity solvent. It was assayed that coagulation time after break trail in mice, bleeding time and bleeding quantity after...
